Profound Red is the 12th game in the Carol Reed series.
The game is 100% mouse driven and features a classic adventure game interface.
There is absolutely no need to have played any of the previous Carol Reed games to fully enjoy Profound Red.
This game starts with an interactive tutorial which explains how to play the game. A journal helps you keep track of current goals, and contains optional hints on how to proceed if you get stuck.
The game takes place in Sweden, but is in English. All dialogues has optional subtitles.
You can save or load the games at any time, and there are 100 save slots to choose from.
The game contains no graphic violence or swearing. It has no action sequences, and is suitable for ages 15 and up.
