Durring the game, the game froze
I tried to start it up again, it blocks and shuts off

I downloaded it from another site and there seems to be two versions. This version has a shorter exe file and seems to be missing a file.
what site did you download it from
If you dlded from a different site then what size is your version Annony & can you tell us what file seems to be missing from this version.
I had a look at 3 other sites myself which I regard to be safe…one has a 1010MB & a 945MB dld..another has the 945MB & the last one which has a bigger dld at 1016.86MB.

“It happened here” um yep it sure did LOL like a few others here I’m having a problem with the game. First time it shoved me back to desktop but I re-entered & continued where I had left off everything was ok until I got to the Hospital & the game froze so I had to ctrl alt delete left it for a few minutes then was able to go back in again & continue playing where I’d left off..now I don’t know how long before I get thrown out again but I love Elephant games so I’ll try again tomorrow.
Edit: didn’t update but finished the main game without further issues & only got kicked out once in the Bonus plus it’s not an overly long game either so I’m thankful for that ?

i tried downloading this game and it isnt working im even using McAfee 🙁
Morning Rachael, I had the same problem, I delete the game and re-install, then it worked
Have you downloaded the old version or the updated version?? are you getting any kind of msg while trying to install?? more info is needed for us to try and help
my mcafee detects that the game has a virus and wont let me start up the game.
Ok your Mcafee is giving a false positive by reading the exe file as a virus, easy fixed, turn off Mcafee reinstall game, you may have to keep your Mcafee turned off while playing the game you may not but it is your anti virus program that is causing you problems, also Windows defender can do the same so you might have to turn it off too, alternatively make an exception for the file within your anti virus program. This is happening a lot with the newer games

yeah it was the settings in the browser that was stopping the file from working. because ive just recently bought a Gaming Laptop. once i turned off those settings the game worked!

Thank you for the game. I enjoyed this game but missed one puzzle piece so played it again. I don’t usually do that right away.
If you go to the “Expedition” section of the bonus section you can search for missing puzzle pieces and collectibles. But it’s only accessible after you finish the game.
