        • Yes really.
          Not a night goes by when I see them.
          Often also deer that walk along the side of the highway because people find it necessary to throw everything out the window and think it is a large garbage can, and where there is food and what is edible they walk there.
          Occasionally wild boars, but you don’t want those against your truck.
          I once hit 1 deer years ago that did not survive, what a blow that is, such a shame.
          But they jump in front and not me …. you can’t actually prevent it at 90 km per hour if he suddenly jumps onto the road from the shoulder, no matter how unfortunate it is.
          Owls also frighten you badly, from now on they skim right in front of your truck as if they think it is prey …
          The night is beautiful.

        • I had a fox jump out of the bush not 5 feet from my car door as I was getting out. Broad daylight (they’re more eve/night/early morning hunters cause that’s when their pray are out)! I’m sure it was more scared of me than I of it. We’ve had rabbits, squirrels, turkey, fox, deer, and once a PUMA (mountain lion) in our yard in the middle of a 250,000 population city! But we’re by a hiking trail that comes into town from the edge that has a bunch of foliage.

          • You are lucky to have the opportunity to see soo many free animals. I saw at the zoo but it’s not the same thing.

      • We have a ton of wildlife, including silverhawks. I had a fox jump out of the bush not 5 feet from my car door as I was getting out.     I’ve been keeping a list of BETA versions, so I can download the CE versions when they were posted.

    This game was the first BETA version posted here about 2.5 months ago.

  13. I hope all of you are safe and well. I am sorry if I missed anyone’s birthday or anniversary. Also I hope all of you moms had a lovely Mothers Day.

    Sorry that I have not been here for awhile. There has been much happening in my family and I have not had time to be on the computer.
    Last week my mom had to go into the hospital for emergency surgery. An ultrasound discovered a huge gallstone stuck in the bile duct (she had her gallbladder removed 21 years ago but apparently you can still get stones). She is home now and wearing a heart monitor for 30 days to determine if she will need a pacemaker.
    My stepdad has had three epidural shots for his back pain but it hasn’t eased the pain. He will be having surgery probably next month.

    They are very independent so when they asked for help I knew they needed us. Hubby and I went to see them for the first time since last Nov. and will be going back this weekend too.

    • I am SO sorry for your parents…thank God you’re there for them. I know, from my illnesses, that support means all the world to them. I pray their health is better very soon!

  14. Are any of you getting stuck outside of the house after the pawn shop? I’ve gone to the guide, and it says to take the note & put in the bulb, but there’s a regular light bulb in there, it shows no “gears” like there’s an available move, and the hint says there’s nothing to do. I’ve done each close up in the scene, and the hint also says no move. I know I need to make a hat for the gnome, but I can’t get into the locked convertible (really?), so I’m stuck! Help!

    • Hi Hunny do you mean outside of Mangiafuco’s House? if so all I did was click on the “light bulb” it breaks..open the box with freeze lock on it…you should have the items needed in your inventory to do this to get new bulb as it will trigger a HOS..hope it helps.

      • Yeah, the bulb won’t break! I even downloaded a 2nd time since I’d had to resume the 1st which I thought may have caused a glitch, but no go. Sigh…just when i SO wanted a new game, too.

      • I’m so sad 🙁 I even uninstalled & deleted the game and then re-downloaded it, but it still takes me where I was, and i’m still stuck with an intact bulb (hint on closeup says nothing to do there) even though I have what looks like a battery but is labeled a bulb in my inventory! Map shows I’m here (no other areas available) but no exclamation point of something to do there. I’m stumped & giving up unless someone else has a bright idea for me. Thanks

        • Make sure that when you uninstall that you get rid of all remnants of the last installed dld…sometimes some left over files get missed or if you’ve played the BETA of the game before & something from there didn’t get deleted either…just thoughts sweetie. It could be just a case of clicking in a certain spot on the bulb or changing the sequence of tasks..sorry Hunny.

          • Thank you guys…I decided to make another player ID (Kathy2, how’s that for originality) and replay. When I got outside of the house, I made sure to do the activities on that page in a different order, and it worked fine so I thinks it’s a glitch that just didn’t get worked out in the Beta.

          • Glad you got it worked out. was about to suggest to create a new profile. Never use “player” profile, always make a new one.

          • No, It’s not working, three different installs and everyone uninstalled, nothing happened and still stucked. Now I try Beta-version. 🙁

          • Well… I created new profile, not worked. Uninstalled, Defender off, installed. At last I got forward but in house I stucked again when I used diamond ring on glass and nothing to do.

            Tried Hardcore mode, still stucked on replacing lamp’s bulb.

            Tried beta, stucked right on first that I can’t get crystal ball for hint and this button…

            I give up.

  16. Good Morning my friends across the globe hoping you are all well. Took hubby for his first covid shot yesterday and so far so good no signs of any reactions ( lucky man ) and while out we needed a new kitchen light so went light shopping cant say I found anything I like yet but will keep looking. I had to have an ultrasound on liver today so we will see what comes of that fingers crossed nothing too serious. Stay well people and stay safe.

  17. Dear ASG this file give me the message “forbidden”, why? Has anyone the same problem? Help me please, i can’t download it

    • Hi Antonella…more than likely it’s your Anti V that is blocking you..I’m playing the game with no problem so far.
      I don’t know if you use Windows Defender or not but this is what I have on in my Security settings when dlding..
      I always leave “Real Protection” & “Tamper Protection” ON
      Turn OFF “Cloud delivered protection” & “Ransomware protection” as they tend to see the crack in the game as a potential threat which it’s not.
      You can turn these settings back on after you install the game although in the past Ransomware has a habit of interfering in my game files so I leave that one OFF..personal choice for me only.
      I use W10 64bit Firefox WinRaR 6.0..hope it helps you ?

      • yes, I have Defender, but the the partition of the computer where I have the games is not monitored, I tried to download the game with both Hit Files and Rapidgator, it downloads almost everything, then it gives me “no download, forbidden”

          download without problem
          I have not even disable anything
          and I installed the game without problem

        • I used RapidGator with Firefox browser no problem…maybe a browser issue with you if you’re using a different one to this.
          If you are using Chrome you might need to go into your Browser Download settings there or google how to fix Chrome “forbidden file from being blocked. I’m sorry I can’t be of more help to you Antonella.

        • No problems here either. Firefox with Avast. Liz already said it, I too think it could be a browser thing.

  20. Good afternoon everyone…well I just finished this game from Main to Bonus without any hiccups or glitches so I’m glad that Antonella & Hunny were able to get this lovely game working at last ?

      They all did well, one screamed even louder than the other.
      Personally it looked like some sort of top40 music, more show than singing and not intelligible.
      Then give me someone you can hear what they still sing.
      The professional jury gave other points than everyone could vote.
      Today here in the news that a lot of points have not been awarded to those who have earned it.
      Personal (public) votes are only processed later and are NOT included during the broadcast … what a blunder again.
      Douze points from me to Malta, Greece and France…LOL

      • I agree, can hardly believe that the majority vote for such a number. I didn’t watch it, just listen to a few this morning and quickly skipped it, lol. Not my cup of tea at all. They also had to edit the text (can’t even call it lyrics) because the original came with a lot of cussing. No offence to Italy though, just my opinion. It’s not what it used to be, it was nice to watch in the old days. There were several good numbers though yesterday.
