My eldest granddaughter got it from high school as someone thought it was a good Idea to send their kid to school before getting test results back, so of course the whole family had to quarantine my daughter was not able to go to work, and oddly enough only 2 of the 4 kids got covid the other 2 did not get it
I’m doing OK now thanks Jackie with just the usual complaints lol, I’m glad that we were both triple vaxed as well ‘cos I think that it helped us. Our son who still lives at home has been lucky so far & tested negative but he had the week off work to make sure. Yeah it can be a nasty bugger & I don’t wish it on anyone.

You can be so careful, you don’t see it, you don’t smell it and you don’t taste it and yet be the worst, you can hardly get out of it.
I know someone who works in a large hospital in Nieuwegein, near Utrecht, and it is full of Covid-related complaints, the workload is very high.
You hear little about it in the news and yet there are enough people in hospitals with Covid.

Updates to all the fantastic friends of this site. Today I have been visited by a cardio-surgeon who confirmed that my aortic valve must be replaced by a new one. Unfortunately during the visit he has been called for an emergency and he said he will call to fix all next steps. I’m positive and not worried at all. I’ll keep you informed when I have more details….hope soon.

Today when I walked out of the grocery store there was an elderly lady handing out red, paper poppy flowers. Monday is when we celebrate Memorial Day.
I remember those poppys when I was a little girl (and that was a long time ago lol). My mom would put some money in the donation box to help our veterans and I would proudly wear the poppy on my shirt.
I’m wearing a red poppy now in honor of those who never returned. I am eternally grateful for their sacrifice.

Hello dear people, we are still here.
We can notice that we are getting older one day…LOL
We had the 2 grandsons of 8 years old to stay for 3 day’s and nights, well we knew that, we were demolished.
What an energy these boys have. Well, we are very happy with it and blessed that they are healthy so far.
To keep them busy, you can surely notice that you are no longer 20.
We went for walks, a petting zoo and a large playground, but the topper for them was the JumpXL, a large indoor trampoline jumping paradise where they can’t get tired… hahahahaha.

Whether the game starts, doesn’t work, sucks, I haven’t read a positive word about this user yet.
Look, if there’s something wrong with a game, I think it’s okay to say that, but this is the biggest complainer.
My advice is, if you don’t have patience, go to the store and buy it there…
Often it is not the game that is the cause, but the PC that is not configured correctly or updates and drivers are not installed for the video card and other components, etc…..
So, I lost that again, my blood pressure is falling…LOL….
