  2. I downloaded the uptobox link, the game opens till the start screen with menu.
    Then it shuts off completly

  14. I downloaded from Turbobit, but the game opens till the screen with the menu, and the shuts down, plz help

    • Hey Dick, I downloaded with upto box (thanks to you) and I have been playing it till now with no problems at all. You are a PC expert work on it and find a solution.

    • Yes Dick that it what I got yesterday but I made sure that I deleted all the files & I always manually check in my Prefetch file also. Today I thought I’d give it another chance with UptoBox as ASG had updated it & this time it extracted fully & the game starts & plays without issues. Maybe restart after deleting might help & make sure WinRar is updated as well.

      • Done everything you say Liz, by default the prfetch is already emptied for me when starting the PC, you can set that with Ccleaner. Restarting PC has and did not make sense. Started Regedit and manually removed all references that Vacation Adventures – Park Ranger 13 Collector’s Edition had put in the registry during installation.
        WinRar is not such an old version 6.11.
        Everything else here is up to date, maybe too much…….LOL
        But I’m done with it Liz, there are worse things in life than a game that won’t start.
        I have to be honest, Windows 11 has been running like a charm here since last year, even the old antique DOS games are going like a rocket.
        Printer from the 18th century…LOL…runs well even though it is about 22 years old and has survived all Windows versions and prints nicely, an HP deskjet 930C.
